Claude Obsidian turns an Obsidian vault into a knowledge base that Claude Code maintains. You drop in a source, and the agent reads it, links it to existing notes and files it as plain Markdown. The README says it follows Karpathy's LLM Wiki pattern and presents itself as an open source alternative to Notion for personal knowledge management.
