Everything Claude Code, shortened to ECC, calls itself an agent harness performance optimization system and bundles skills, memory, security checks and research-first development habits. It targets Claude Code first and also lists Codex, OpenCode and Cursor. The author is Affaan Mustafa, the licence is MIT, and the README gives npx ecc-universal@2.2.3 setup as the install route, with a guided variant for more control. At 293.5 thousand stars it is among the most followed Claude Code collections. That reach is a reason to read it, not proof that every part suits your project. We would suggest installing it on a throwaway project first, because a large bundle changes a lot of agent behaviour at once and the README lists hooks you should review. The repository was last pushed on 30 October 2026. We have not run the installer ourselves.
