Hugging Face Skills is the plugin form of the huggingface/skills repository, described as a way to give agents the power of the Hugging Face ecosystem. The install line is /plugin install huggingface-skills@claude-plugins-official, and the licence is Apache 2.0. The marketplace listing names no maintainer, so we credit the huggingface organisation that owns the source. The repository has 11.2 thousand stars and was last pushed on 30 October 2026. We would suggest it to people who already use models, datasets or Spaces from the Hub and want an agent that knows how to work with them. The skills will not replace a Hub account, and any step that pushes or downloads large files uses your own credentials and bandwidth. Read the skill list in the repository to see which tasks it covers, because we have not listed them here or tested them.
Scientific Agent Skills, listed here as Claude Scientific Skills, is a library of 177 ready-made skills plus more than 100 scientific databases, covering biology, chemistry, medicine and drug discovery, according to its README.
