Zapier Agents

Zapier Agents is the agent product from Zapier, the automation service, and it is being renamed AI by Zapier. From zapier.com/pricing on 31 October 2026, the Free plan gives 100 tasks, Pro gives 750 tasks at $19.99 a month on annual billing, and agents have their own free allowance of 400 activities a month. Under the new design an AI step inside a Zap is billed in tasks: default models cost nothing extra, while other tiers cost 1, 3 or 5 tasks per step. We would suggest it to people who already run work in Zapier and want an agent to act across the apps Zapier connects, without writing code. The main limits are that the rename date is only in third-party coverage, we could not confirm whether the 400 and 1,500 activity allowances survive the migration, and the data and training terms were not checked. We have not built an agent in it ourselves, so this entry is vendor facts only.
