AI Agent Duo helps people choose an AI agent and the add-ons that make it useful. An agent is the tool that does the work, such as a coding assistant. An add-on is what extends it: an MCP server, a skill, a subagent or a plugin. We list both, compare them and write about how they fit together.

Why a duo
Most advice treats the agent and its add-ons as two separate decisions. They are one. An agent without the right add-ons is a chat window, and an add-on that your agent cannot load is a bookmark. We cover the pair.
How we work
We build from public sources, credit them and publish an entry only when it is complete. We say what we checked and when. The full method is in the methodology and the rules are in the editorial policy.
How we are funded
Providers pay for labelled placement, and some links are affiliate links. Payment never changes a rating or an order. The details are in how we make money.
Who runs it
