If something on AI Agent Duo is wrong, tell us. We check the claim against the primary source, fix the page if you are right, and add a note when the change matters. Vendors and readers are treated the same. Send corrections through the contact page with a link to the source that shows the right answer.
What counts as a correction

A difference of opinion about a verdict is not a correction. We will read it, and if it shows we missed a fact we will fix the fact.
How to send one
Include these so we can act fast:
- The page address.
- The sentence or figure you think is wrong.
- A link to the page that shows the correct information.
- Your relationship to the product, if any.

What we do
- We read every correction request.
- We check it against the primary source, not against the sender’s word.
- If you are right, we fix the page and update its last-verified date.
- For a material error (one that could change a decision, such as a price or a safety claim) we add a short dated note to the page saying what changed.
- If you are not right, we say why, with the source.

Vendors
A vendor can ask us to fix a fact on their listing. Vendors cannot buy a correction, and cannot ask us to delete a fair review. See how ratings work.
Reviews
A review states one member’s experience. If a review contains a false statement of fact, send it as a correction and we will check it. Honest negative reviews stay.
Why this matters
Prices and plan names change often. A directory that never corrects itself becomes a trap. Pages show a check date so you can judge how fresh a fact is. The method behind it is in the methodology.
