Ratings on AI Agent Duo come from members, not from us and not from vendors. Reviews are moderated before they appear. Votes are separate from reviews and count once per signed-in member. A star average appears only when real reviews exist, and payment never changes any of it. Checked 31 October 2026.

Our own editorial note on an entry is a fourth thing. It is not a rating. It is a short written assessment based on documented facts, and it carries no star score.

Reviews

  • Reviews are moderated first. A new review is held until a moderator reads it, then published or declined.
  • A review belongs on the entry it describes. We do not copy reviews from other sites into our pages.
  • We do not invent reviews, seed reviews or write them under another name.
  • The star average on a page is the average of the visible reviews on that page. If there are none, no stars are shown.
  • Our structured data never carries a star rating we made up. A page marks up a rating only when real, visible reviews exist.

A moderator may decline a review for spam, promotion of an unrelated product, abuse, content that identifies a private person, and a review by the maker of the thing being reviewed that does not say so. [VERIFY: confirm the exact moderation reasons configured in WB Reviews before go-live]

Votes

Votes answer a narrower question than reviews: did this work for you. On an add-on page the vote is a quick signal that an install command worked. On a launch it is an upvote.

  • One vote per signed-in member per item.
  • A vote can be a signal of popularity, so we do not present it as a quality score.
  • Hubs that sort by votes say so in the sort control.

Leaderboards

The launches hub ranks projects by votes for four windows: today, this week, this month and all time. How a project gets onto it is in how launches work. A sponsored slot on a hub is labelled and sits outside the ranked list, so it cannot move a project up or down.

What never changes a rating

Thing

Effect on ratings

A provider buying a Verified, Featured or Category sponsor tier

An affiliate link on the entry

None

A vendor asking us to remove a review

None, unless it breaks the moderation rules

A vendor sending us free access

None

The money rules are in how we make money. The wider policy is in the editorial policy.

If you think a review is wrong

Tell us through the contact page. A false factual statement in a review goes through the corrections policy. A negative but honest review stays.

How to read a rating well

A handful of reviews is a small sample. Read the text, not just the stars, and look for reviews that say what the person was building. Our methodology explains how we check facts independently of reviews.
