DeepSeek V4 Pro 0813 is an open-weights DeepSeek model released 2026-08-12. OpenRouter lists $0.66 per million input tokens and $1.98 output, with a 1,048,576-token context and text-only input. DeepSeek's own API page uses the same $0.66 and $1.98, with peak-hour pricing that can change the cost at certain times. The licence in our data is MIT, so the weights can be used commercially. We would suggest it for teams that want a strong open model with a hosted option and the freedom to self-host later. The limit is the data location when using DeepSeek's own API, which stores data in China according to our provider page, and the hardware needed to run a model of this size yourself. We have not benchmarked it. Prices and specifications come from the OpenRouter listing we checked on 31 October 2026, and we have not tested the model ourselves.
