Get Quotes From AI Service Providers

One brief, matched to up to three AI service providers whose listings fit the job: that is the plan for this page. The directory is open for listings and names no provider yet, so briefs are held until matching providers join. You pay nothing to ask, and you choose whether to reply.
How it works
Step | What happens |
|---|---|
You write a brief | The job, the systems, your rules, your timeline, a budget range if you have one |
We match it | To up to three providers whose service listings fit the type of work |
They respond | Each sends a quote or a question |
You compare | Using the questions on the service pages below |
You decide | Or decide you do not need a provider at all |
The matching is meant to be narrow on purpose. Three providers that fit are more useful than thirty that might. If no listed provider fits, you hear that, instead of a brief going to people who cannot do the work.
Pick the service type first
The four service types have different briefs. Read the page that matches your job before you write.
If your job is | Read | Typical brief content |
|---|---|---|
A custom agent for a task or team | The job, users, systems, autonomy limits | |
Connecting your system to agents | The system, the tasks, auth and data rules | |
Models on servers you control | Data classes, users, peak load, where it must run | |
Workflows across your tools | The process, volume, systems, exceptions | |
An AI-built app that needs fixing | The builder, the data, the problem, the launch date |
Each page lists what a good engagement includes, what drives the cost, red flags and questions to ask. Use them to compare the quotes you receive.
What to put in the brief
A good brief fits on one page and answers these questions.
Section | What to write |
|---|---|
The job | One sentence on what finished looks like, and how you will test it |
Context | Your company type and size, in general terms |
Systems | Which tools and data the work touches |
Rules | Data limits, such as no training on your data, no unattended actions, regions |
Timeline | When you need a first working version and when you need it finished |
Budget | A range, or "not set", honestly |
Decision | Who decides, and how |
Leave out anything you would not want a stranger to read. Do not paste credentials, customer records or private code into a brief. A description is enough for a quote, and a provider will ask for access under a proper agreement later.
What a quote should contain
Whatever the provider sends, compare it on the same footing.
- The scope, in words that match your brief.
- How they will test it, with real cases from your work.
- What you will own: code, prompts, accounts, documentation.
- The price in parts: build, running cost and support.
- What is out of scope.
- How changes are handled, including a model retirement or an API change.
A quote that is one number and a paragraph is a prompt for questions, not an offer.
What is paid for, and what is not
We are open about the money. The service directory is paid for by providers, in three ways: free listings, paid plans that add a verified badge or a labelled sponsored slot, and lead plans that let a provider receive matched briefs, paid per accepted lead or monthly. Payment decides who can be matched. It does not change the ratings, verdicts or the editorial order of the directory, and any paid placement is labelled and carries rel="sponsored" on its link. You can read the rules in how we make money. Providers can read plans and sponsored slots.
You pay nothing to send a brief. We do not take a cut of what you agree with a provider.
What happens to your details
Your brief goes to the providers it is matched with, and to nobody else. Until the route is live, check the form's privacy text before you submit, and do not include anything confidential.
If there is no provider yet
The directory is new, so for now your options are these.
- Send the brief anyway. It is held for matching as providers join.
- Do the first step yourself. Our guides cover how to create an AI agent and how to build an MCP server.
- Read the buyer guides on enterprise AI agents and build vs buy AI agents.
If you run a service like these, you can claim your listing.
Our take
A quote request is only as good as the brief. A clear one-page brief and a list of comparison questions will do more for you than the matching. We have no providers to recommend yet, so we do not, and we will not rank any provider on payment.
We have not tested or ranked any provider.

Questions
How does the quote request work?
You write one brief. The plan is to match it to up to three providers whose listings fit the job, and those providers send you quotes. You choose, and you owe nothing for asking.
Do providers pay to be in the matching?
Providers can buy a lead plan, paid per accepted lead or monthly. Payment decides who can receive a brief. It never changes ratings, verdicts or the editorial order of the directory.
Are there providers listed yet?
Not yet. The directory is open for listings and names no provider. Briefs are collected for matching as listings arrive.
What should I put in the brief?
The job, the systems involved, your data rules, your timeline and a budget range if you have one. The more specific the brief, the better the quotes.
